Hi, I’m Stacy—and I’ve been lucky to call Vancouver home since I was four years old. I grew up in the heart of the Eastside, exploring neighborhoods like Strathcona, Grandview, Fraser, and Main. Those streets shaped me, and they’re part of why I love helping others find their place in this city.

My passion for real estate started early. I still remember tagging along with my dad to open houses, imagining which bedroom would be mine and dreaming about what our next home could look like. Those moments weren’t just about bricks and mortar—they were about possibility, family, and the excitement of new beginnings.

I officially launched my real estate career in 1995, starting in presale project marketing. I had the privilege of helping sell out some of Downtown Vancouver’s most iconic developments—The Residences on Georgia, The Palisades, and The 501. In 1997, I transitioned into resale real estate, and from the start, I knew I’d found my calling. Within my first year, I ranked in the top 7% of over 7,000 realtors across Greater Vancouver.

Over the years, I’ve been honoured with multiple awards, including membership in the MLS Medallion Club and the RE/MAX Platinum Club for excellence in sales performance. In 2005, I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame—a milestone that reflects not just hard work, but a deep commitment to my clients and this community.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people make big decisions—whether it’s choosing the right car, reaching a fitness goal, or finding the perfect home. I spent 11 years in the car sales industry, where I was proud to be recognized as Rookie of the Year, Top Salesman, and Top Producer. But for me, success has always been about more than numbers—it’s about building trust and delivering results that matter.

Outside of sales, I’ve stepped into the ring—literally. As a professional boxer, I won the Washington State Title in the Super Middleweight Division. That same discipline, grit, and focus now fuel my work in real estate. I also run Louis Sargeant Boxing and Fitness in North Vancouver, where I’ve helped countless clients transform their health and confidence.

For over 15 years, I’ve brought that energy and drive into Vancouver’s real estate market—helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity, strategy, and heart. I believe in listening closely, working hard, and fighting for the best outcome—because that’s what being in your corner really means.
